Basketball

Our Pilot basketball team took down Detroit Western 80-52 at the 313 Classic this past Saturday night. Pheonix Glassnor had 15 pts, Armoni Portis 14 pts, Nnaemeka Ikechi 11 pts, Mike Sulaka 10 pts, and added Nino Smith 10 pts.  A great way for the Pilots to finish off the regular season and get ready for the state playoffs.  Good luck Boys! 
 

Wrestling 

At the Wrestling Team State Finals this past Friday, our Pilot wrestling team's season ended in the quarterfinals to Catholic Central (who went on winning it all) 72-6. The loss ended a historic season for the Pilots, as a team, where they became the first group in school history to make it to the State Finals.  Job well done, Pilots! Individually they are not done as Maxx Krug, Joey Montilla, Nathan O'Donnell, Mason Collins, Vinny Lertola, Casey Beleshi, and Gjon Nikollaj all will be competing in the MHSAA Individual State Finals.  This will happen on March 3rd and 4th at Ford Field.  Good luck, Pilots!

Bowling

Our Bowling team competed in the individual Regional State Championships this past Friday at 300 Bowl in Waterford. Congratulations to senior Drew Gohlke who won Region #11 on games of 203, 213, 194, 269, 230, and 188 for a 6-game total of 1297. Drew will compete for a State singles title next Saturday at Century Bowl in Waterford. Good Luck, Drew!

Hockey

Our Pilot hockey team had an impressive performance this past Thursday evening where they took down Port Huron Northern 7-4.  Keegan James '24 had 2 goals and an assist. Brady Des Madryl '23 had 1 goal and 3 assists. Colton Fuqua '24 and Hunter Hoberg '24 each had 1 goal and 1 assist. They move on to the Regional Final this coming Wednesday, 3/1 at 3:30 pm vs. St. Clair Shores United at Mt. Clemens Ice Arena. Way to go, Pilots!
